Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We use premium, eco-conscious packaging to ensure your artifacts arrive in perfect condition.

Orders over $150 qualify for free international shipping. Standard shipping is $20 for orders under this threshold.

International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and most of Europe.

Returns Policy

If an artifact does not resonate with you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@gaiya.life with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible orders.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
